PILATES WORKSHOPS

Bespoke Two Hour Pilates Workshops

Bespoke, Topic Specific Workshops (content options listed below) are held at our private Matwork Studio for 4 – 6 participants. The two hour Workshops are offered throughout the year. They are payable in advance, with refunds only given with 24 hours notice

Half Day Workshops (4 hours duration including refreshments)

9.30am – 1.30pm

With the focus on practical and theory: 

90 minute Pilates class (general body workout, movement analysis: mobility, stability, flexibility and strength) 

Refreshments with healthy snack

45 minute discussion on individual exercise and movement goals

90 minute Pilates class (body specific)

Local Pilates Group Workshops

Topic Specific Workshops (content options listed below) are held at our local venues for up to 12 participants. The two hour Workshops are offered throughout the summer break in classes. They are payable in advance, with refunds only given with 24 hours notice.
